Biblical Life Coaching for You
Thank you for contacting me for Biblical Life Coaching. Biblical Life Coaching is more than Christian counseling. Counseling helps a person overcome a difficult issue or moment. Life Coaching leads a person into God’s abundant life. My goal is to help you understand the Biblical principles of faith in the Bible and apply them to your life in a way that radically transforms your life into God’s perfect plan for you.
To let you know a bit about myself: I am an ordained minister serving as a pastor for 25 years. I have been counseling as well for the past 20 years specializing in Marriage counseling, depression, anxiety, and life adjustment issues. Read more about me.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Christian Counseling from Grand Canyon University and I am currently enrolled in a Doctorate of Ministry with a specialization in spiritual formation at Nazarene Theological Seminary.
Not a secular counselor
I am not a state-licensed counselor purposely so that I would be free to always use prayer and Scripture in counseling rather than having limits placed on me by state licensing. This is why I call my counseling Biblical Life Coaching. It is Christian Counseling – Biblical Life Coaching.
I am a Biblical Integrationist
I use primarily CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) with Biblical Integration. Jesus said, “If you hold to my teaching, you are really my disciples. Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free” (John 8:31-32). In counseling, we identify struggles and psychological reasons for those beliefs. Then we apply the truth of Scripture along with prayer and traditional counseling interventions. Through this process, God will set you free from pain, hurt, frustration, and sadness to live in God’s Abundant Plan for your life.
